Issues currently driving change in the responsible tourism in UK: The culture and customs of the country must be respected so that local citizens dont get offended. The tourism operators must ensure that local people must be benefitted economically and employ them as tourist guides and drivers etc. The tourism operators use local hotel and restaurants for providing food services to the tourists (Bell, 2005). The environmental impacts are also minimized by forming small travelling groups, decreasing the rate of carbon emissions and following conservation projects and reducing the percentage of wastes. This technique helps in the analysis of assessing the impact of travel and tourism globally. Various travel and tourism companies are benefitting because of globalization regarding higher rate of tourists and higher revenue generation regarding foreign currency. Conclusion: It is estimated that an increase of 1% in total revenue in the tourism industry of UK will result in an increase of 0.89% increase in the full- time or equivalent employment in the country.
